How do I check if my device supports eSIM?
Whether a device is eSIM-compatible depends on whether the manufacturer includes an eSIM.
In some countries and regions, there may be models released without eSIM capability. Or, the carrier you purchased your device from may not have an eSIM feature enabled.
For easy checking if your device supports eSIM technology, Please choose your preferred way from the options below (No need to do all of them):
1. Dial *#06# (* is first) and press the call button.
If your device is eSIM-compatible, you should be able to view your device's eSIM EID (unique identification number).
2. Search your device Model here: https://www.gsmarena.com/
If you see "eSIM" on section BODY -> SIM , your device model supports eSIM.
3. If the above does not work, or you are still not sure, follow the steps below according to your device model:
For iOs (iPhone) devices:
1. Open Settings
2. Tap Cellular
3. If Add eSIM is available, your device likely supports eSIMs
For Samsung Galaxy devices:
1. OPEN Settings
2. TAP Connections
3. TAP SIM Manager
4. If Add eSIM / Add mobile plan is available, your device likely supports eSIMs
If you’re still unsure, please check with your device manufacturer, vendor, or primary carrier to confirm eSIM capability.
